Zlapped: Hi guys, welcome to episode 21. Today’s question is by Zovincen. Zovincen asks, “Will you consider playing/streaming MMORPG’s in the future? Whether during or after your stay in Thailand? Will you also consider doing upcoming MMORPGs of 2016, 2017, and so on?”
Will I consider? Hmm…no, like, my last MMORPG that I actually enjoyed was the Burning Crusade of World of Warcraft. That was my all time favorite MMORPG, and there hasn’t been a better one in my opinion since then.
I’ve tried Rift, I’ve tried…I don’t even remember the names. I’ve tried two more, there’s ArcheAge? Yeah, I tried ArcheAge, which I found to be a really interesting and cool idea. But it ended up being pay-to-win, and just nope. So overall, no, I don’t think I’ll be streaming MMORPGs in the future.
But, never say never. Maybe something comes out, I’ll try it out and I’ll love it.
But I don’t know. And whether or not during your stay in Thailand – I don’t think that matters if it’s 2016, 2017, 2018 – that doesn’t matter at all. Yeah, I’m just…it all comes down to the game. If I enjoy it and if I have as much fun as I did back in my World of Warcraft days, then why not. But, at the same time, I used to play World of Warcraft with between 10 and 40 of all my friends online and in real life, and playing an MMORPG without friends is not the best thing to do.
And MMORPGs are not that popular in Thailand. So, honestly when I’d think about it I would probably be in Europe, and not in Thailand – if I think about it.
