[Partner Support] What You Will Need To Do

As you may already know, we’ll take care of practically everything in this partnership. From artwork right through to the show being in the iTunes store for people to listen to.

However there are a handful of things that you need to do in order to make this successful.

Each week, fortnight or month (at a time to be decided by you) we’ll make available a list of questions that your audience has asked you.

These will be provided in a text format from which you will need to read aloud and then answer, or it will be provided in an audio format directly from your audience. We’ll be creating a Speakpipe account for you where you audience can record question directly and they’ll be played on the show.

These questions will be made available in a shared folder that both parties will have access to. Once the audio has been recorded, that is to say, that you have answered the questions, you’ll just drop them into another shared folder that we will provide. From there our systems will kick into effect and turn that piece of audio into individual episodes that will be produced and released 5 days a week.

So, to reiterate, once a week, fortnight or month you’ll have a time scheduled in that you would like to sit down and answer your audience’s questions. You’ll then upload the audio file into a shared folder and voila. Done.

A couple of other things that will help

Most streamers won’t have an email list, but if you do have one, we recommend shooting out an email to your followers to let them know that you’re releasing and then released a brand new podcast. The same should be done on your social media channels. We can help you create a social media calendar that will be most effective in creating buzz for your new show.

It will also be helpful if you can schedule some regular messages in Twitch chat about the new episode that is out today. I’m sure your followers would want to hear it.

Lastly, it is important that I let you know that all of these things are essential, because in the first 6 weeks in the iTunes store are make or break. If you generate enough interest your show will be featured as New & Noteworthy which will put you in front of hundreds of thousands of eyes.

There will be some useful information coming detailing how to launch a show to get the best start possible.
